Registration Cost and Details
Two days to go!! Registration for the 2014 Arizona Treasure Hunt will open at precisely 20:14 "Arizona Time" this Friday September 12th. Please remember, you can only checkout with a PayPal account, so be sure to set that up today! The registration process will be the same as last year. Please make sure that ONLY ONE person registers your team! If you don’t know all of your team member names, please enter TBD for each prospective hunter. You will also be able to order extra cluebooks and maps (above the three of each already included in the registration fee), and T-shirts. If you don’t know sizes, you can always come back and order them later.
Team registration $300 (includes 6 meal tickets, 3 maps and 3 cluebooks) Extra maps $5 each (given after completion of the Hunt) Extra cluebooks $5 each (given after completion of the Hunt) T-shirts $16 each for S to XL, $18 each for XXL
We will have a limited number of T-shirts for sale on Hunt night. Prices will be $18 for S to XL and $20 for XXL.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email in the event of any registration issues.
If you need to cancel your registration: • Team cancellations on or before October 26th, 2014, will receive a 90% refund. • Starting October 27th, 2014, cancellations up until 72 hours prior to Hunt start time will receive a 50% refund. • After 6:15pm on November 5th, 2014, no refunds are possible.
