Registration Reminder

Two days to go!! Registration for the 2015 Arizona Treasure Hunt will open at precisely 20:15 “Arizona Time” this Friday, September 4th. Please remember, you can only checkout with a PayPal account, so be sure to have that ready at registration time. The registration process will be the same as last year. Please make sure that ONLY ONE person registers your team! If you don’t know all of your team member names, please enter TBD for each prospective hunter. You will also be able to order extra cluebooks and maps (above the three of each already included in the registration fee), and T-shirts. If you don’t know sizes, you can always come back and order them later.

With the closing of Pinnacle Peak Patio, there was an exhaustive search to locate a suitable post-Hunt venue. All of the potential locations were more expensive than our long-term contract with Pinnacle Peak, and both the locations and city amplification laws posed limitations to our unique needs. We were able to locate a fantastic location in Westworld.  We are confident Hunters will love the new venue.

With the increased cost associated with the new venue, in addition to other escalated costs associated with the Hunt, it is necessary to increase the registration cost by $30 per team ($5 per Hunter) to offset these expenses. Sadly, there will also be no cowboy beans.

Team registration $330 (includes 6 meal tickets, 3 maps and 3 cluebooks) Extra maps $5 each (provided after completion of the Hunt) Extra cluebooks $5 each (provided after completion of the Hunt) T-shirts $16 each for S to XL, $18 each for XXL

We will have a limited number of T-shirts for sale on Hunt night. Prices will be $18 for S to XL and $20 for XXL. We do usually sell out, so purchase one at registration to ensure you aren’t left out…in the cold…without a shirt.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email in the event of any registration issues.

If you need to cancel your registration: • Team cancellations on or before October 18th, 2015, will receive a 90% refund. • Starting October 19th, 2015, cancellations up until 72 hours prior to Hunt start time will receive a 50% refund. • After 6:15pm on October 21st, 2015, no refunds are possible.
