Three days to go! Registration starts Friday September 16th at 20:16 sharp (Arizona time of course)
Items available to purchase during registration:
$330 Team registration includes 6 meal tickets, 3 maps and 3 cluebooks
$5 per Extra map—provided after the completion of the Hunt
$5 per Extra cluebook—provided after the completion of the Hunt
$16 per t-shirt for S to XL
$18 per t-shirt for XXL
If you don’t know your t-shirt sizes, you can always come back and order them later.
We will have a limited number of t-shirts for sale on Hunt night. Prices will be $18 for S to XL and $20 for XXL. We do usually sell out, so purchase one at registration to ensure you aren’t left out…in the cold…without a shirt.
The post-Hunt celebration will once again be held at Monterra of Westworld. The Hunt Committee has worked closely with the staff to address the issues from last year. The menu will consist of a three-course meal (salad, pasta with meat sauce, and dessert) and to accommodate Hunters with specific dietary needs a vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free option will be available upon request. Please note how many team members require this option during the registration process. In addition, better flow of the buffet lines has been arranged to reduce the waiting time as much as possible. A map will be posted prior to the event.
If you need to cancel your registration:
— Team cancellations on or before November 6th, 2016, will receive a 90% refund. — Starting November 7th, 2016, cancellations up until 72 hours prior to Hunt start time will receive a 50% refund. — After 6:15pm on November 9th, 2016, no refunds are possible.
Remember to register using PayPal. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email that should be retained in the event of any registration issues.
